Our Community Network

The Kerry Hub Network was founded in 2019, in partnership with Kerry SciTech and the Kerry Prosper Series (Guinness Enterprise Centre). Chaired by the Tom Crean Business Centre since its inception, this network is a cluster of 10+ Enterprise and Innovation Hubs from across the county, including the Tom Crean Business Centre, Dingle Creativity & Innovation Hub, the RDI Hub, Sneem Digital Hub, Killarney Innovation Centre, HQ Tralee & Listowel, and Box Co-Work Killarney, among others. The extended membership and network of this group reaches into over 100 companies, with over 200 workers across the county.

 

The Kerry Hub Network provides a forum for shared thinking, collaboration, peer-learning and resource sharing and works closely with industry partners such as Enterprise Ireland, Munster Technological University (MTU), the Western Development Commission and Atlantic Economic Corridor, and Kerry County Council, among others, to ensure hub teams and clients receive the most appropriate supports through an organic practice of information sharing, joint promotion and referrals.

Crua Outdoors has been a resident of the Tom Crean Centre since our inception in 2014. After completing the Enterprise Ireland course, Crua set up an office in the building. The Tom Crean Centre has been a wonderful home for Crua for the last 7 years. The staff are all very friendly and responsive. Having a canteen and full tech'd out conference and training rooms really helps (especially in crazy COVID times). It's nice to share a building with like-minded start-ups where creative or strategic conversations can happen in the hallways or over a bun at Friday Bites.

The facility is equipped with everything you need and caters for all types of business needs. The best part for me is the team at the Tom Crean Centre, they are always very attentive to our suggestions and willing to help with anything we may need. There is a great atmosphere in the building between all the residents and businesses. There are lots of opportunities for shared learnings and networking within the group. The location speaks for itself, close enough to Tralee town centre yet away from any traffic during the morning or evening commute. Its proximity to MTU provides opportunity to pick from a top talent pool of graduates and access to MTU facilities and initiatives. ViClarity

We chose The Tom Crean Business Centre for its fantastic location, vibrant entrepreneurial community and strongly influential start-up support ecosystem. Being located on the same campus as the Munster Technological University (MTU) and its associated UNESCO chair, allows us to develop and foster strong links with the MTU's academic and research communities, bringing significant value to our business.

The building itself is a modern space, with a variety of different sized spaces, private offices, dedicated desks, and meeting rooms - An ideal incubator for start-ups and scale-ups. We consider it our home of innovation, networking, and shared learning.

The Role

Looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to work at our headquarters in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This dynamic role will involve you reporting to the Business Development Executive concerning ViClarity’s domestic and international marketing messaging and the delivery of our products to marketplace. This is a core role at the heart of all operations, from product development through marketing to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute lead generation programmes through cold calling, email prospecting and LinkedIn selling
  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email campaigns
  • Add new leads to the sales pipeline
  • Analyse data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. Business Development and Sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Execute and enhance the current marketing plan
  • Identify potential market places and marketing opportunities
  • Support the sales team with market insights and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with ViClarity’s team to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more)
  • Update and adjust WordPress website regularly
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation
  • Develop marketing collateral to effectively communicate ViClarity’s message
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content

The Role

Looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our modern and forward thinking business in our headquarters in Tralee.

You will be joining the growing Customer Success team, becoming a centric part of the client interaction and improving client experience by

  • Primary contact to manage and retain existing client relations.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, especially at the executive level.
  • Responsible to assist Customer Success Team with growing portfolio of clients
  • Providing ongoing support to all clients

Key Responsibilities:

 Take ownership of maintaining and growing the client relationships including the successful renewal of contracts

  • Coordinate the necessary activities needed to improve client satisfaction at all levels of each customer’s organization
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value we create is in alignment with the clients perceived value
  • Identify indicators that may be negative and develop plan to overcome these indicators
  • Represent and effectively market ViClarity products and solutions
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Conduct product demonstrations and overviews
  • Work in conjunction with the Customer Success, Support and Project Management teams and other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes with client accounts
  • Coordinate with other team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Develop relationships and ensure first-class customer service at all times

 Who you will be working with

 Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will become an integral member of our strong, friendly and supportive team, working alongside senior team members to understand the systems we implement, our customers’ requirements and the true value of the ViClarity system, in order to maintain and grow client relationships. You will be dealing with clients across both the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. You will engage in relevant and process driven communication that will support our customers to help improve efficiencies and reduce the burden of regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate

  • A positive approach to outbound communication and client contact
  • Strong interpersonal skills including both proficient verbal, written and listening skills, with the ability to reassure
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously
  • Has an understanding of business processes and supporting technologies
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to ask the right questions, at the right time, to gain true understanding of client goals
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or over in Business, IT or other related area
  • Candidates with experience in one or all the following: Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales.
  • Business related work experience
  • Strong Negotiation skills & Client Focused mindset
  • Experience using Zoho or other CRMs is an advantage
  • Excellent Telephone and Presentation manner
